Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Bartender at one of its UK pubs. You will lead the bar team, act as a mixologist for our drink offering, and support the General Manager in daily operations. The role emphasizes training and development, maintaining high standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock.
