Job summary

The Ivy Asia in London is seeking a creative Head Bartender to lead our bar team, crafting exquisite cocktails and ensuring every guest experiences theatre and quality from start to finish.

You will train bartenders and barbacks, uphold the highest standards, manage stock and mise en place, and collaborate with the front of house to deliver memorable experiences. The role includes a competitive hourly wage, 20 hours minimum, and opportunities through our Management Career Development Program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Confident preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards.
• Inspires junior bar team to deliver service excellence.
