Responsibilities
- Prepare a diverse range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring high quality and consistency in a fast‑paced environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire the bar team to achieve excellence and maintain high standards of service.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure the bar operates smoothly.
- Continuously develop new drink recipes and concepts to keep the bar menu fresh and exciting.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the bar area and collaborate closely with the bar team and other departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A passion for precision in drink preparation and presentation.
- A positive and energetic attitude that inspires both colleagues and guests.
- A keen willingness to work collaboratively within the bar team and with other hotel departments.
