Qualifications

• Previous experience in lamination and bread is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience with costing recipes and meeting GP targets is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a small team of bakers.
• Work with the owner to continually refine the bakery offering.
• Recipe development and menu costing.
• Stock control, ordering and inventory counts.
• Prepare and bake a range of products, including pastries, cakes, and bread.
