Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Assistant (Driver Required) to support people in Helsby (WA6) and Runcorn (WA7/WA8). The role offers flexible hours, a £250 welcome bonus and paid mileage between care calls.

You will travel between clients’ homes, provide personal care with dignity and help with daily routines. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout Helsby and Runcorn areas;
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Support with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carry out wellbeing and safety checks.

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
