A local healthcare practice in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to support its multidisciplinary team. You will undertake patient health checks, assist with health promotion, and perform clinical tasks within your scope of practice. We are looking for an experienced (in General Practice) and qualified Health Care Assistant to supportthe practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as partof the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope ofpractice to the entitled patient population. The healthcare assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision oftreatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.

We have 4 GP Partners, 1 Physician Associate, 2 nurses, 2 HCA's ,1 Pharmacist supported by our knowledgeable administrative team. We are also a training Practice with F2s.
