White-Recruitment seeks an experienced Harvest Manager in Chichester to lead the soft fruit harvest. You will plan daily operations, coordinate labour, and manage harvest quality and safety procedures, reporting to Production Management.

This role requires hands-on leadership and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and liaising with the packhouse and farm teams to ensure efficient harvesting, quality control, and compliance with health, safety and food

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the fresh produce industry.
• Previous team management experience.

• Flexible approach to working hours during the harvest season.

We are looking for an experienced Harvest Manager to lead our soft fruit harvest operation. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the harvest, managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operations are completed safely and efficiently.
