Hardy Plant Supervisor
Location: Gloucestershire
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (alternate weekends)
Salary: Competitive DOE

They’re now looking for a Hardy Plant Supervisor to support the Plant Area Manager in maintaining high standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team.
  • Maintain and refresh hardy plant displays for maximum seasonal impact.
  • Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent quality and availability.
  • Conduct sales analysis, produce reports, and take action based on findings.
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers.

About You:
