Overview

This role offers the chance to lead the implementation of production test philosophies within complex programmes, working closely with manufacturing, design, and production support teams. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest technical and operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Define test equipment requirements for production systems
  • Develop and deploy diagnostic strategies
  • Verify test coverage for current and future hardware
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Support teams to optimise production test activities
  • Share subject matter expertise across projects and teams
What We\'re Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
  • Experience or awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and production test strategies
  • Exposure to working with Manufacturing and Design functions
