The Electronic Hardware Engineer is the engineering design authority for assigned aviation products. This leadership development role is within the sustaining engineering team and has technical responsibility for aerospace electronics and primary and secondary power distribution products as they are introduced into production and throughout their lifecycle. The key responsibilities are design authority and ownership of all technical issues; this includes through‑life design support activities, product improvement, lessons learned and the management of small projects.
