Job summary

Tec Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hardware design engineer in Tendring, UK, to lead the design, development and validation of digital and analogue hardware from concept through to production. You will work closely with Product Management, software, mechanical, test and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities include defining specifications with Product Management, creating schematics and PCB layouts in Altium Designer, selecting components, and validating hardware using test equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or comparable industry experience.
• 2-5 years hardware design and development experience.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Solid grounding in power supplies, signal integrity and noise mitigation.
• Hands-on lab experience.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Desirable: Altium Designer, RF circuit design.
