Skills

Electrical qualifications (C&G 2360/2391 or equivalent)
Experience managing hard services within FM
Knowledge of compliance, testing, and inspection

NEBOSH or equivalent desirable

Hard Services Manager – Brighton
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Our client, a leading facilities management provider, is seeking an experienced Hard Services Manager for a permanent position overseeing maintenance operations across multiple sites in the Brighton area. You will manage a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all hard services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with SLAs and compliance standards. This role is ideal for a hands‑on manager with a strong electrical background and proven FM leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
  • Lead and develop engineering teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory standards
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance reporting
  • Optimise service delivery through CAFM systems

Requirements
