We are seeking a proactive and detail-focusedHard FM Admin, atRoyal Stoke Hospitaltosupport our Hard FM/Estates team in maintaining high standards of engineeringcompliance and administrative excellence. In this role, you will ensure ourSharePoint systems are consistently updated, produce key contractualdocumentation, and coordinate information from managers across the departmentfor inclusion in essential reports. You will also provide high-qualityadministrative support through minute-taking, document scanning, and theaccurate uploading of compliance records. Additionally, you will play a vitalpart in supporting our Compliance and Performance functions, includingvariations and audits, helping to ensure our service operates efficiently andin full alignment with regulatory requirements.
