HAP Coordinator

Salary £25,838 (pro rata) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Temporary contract (6 months), part time (18 hpw) - hours between Mon‑Fri 9‑5

Huntingdon – service working with some community‑based work

What you’ll do
  • Tenancy sustainment and increased positive move on’s to permanent accommodation is the main goal.
  • Our customers have complex needs such as poor mental health, drug and alcohol addictions and offending histories helping them to address these needs through HAP will help to achieve positive outcomes
  • Actively listening to customers to understand their needs
  • Recognise each customer is different and adopt a flexible, person‑centred approach
  • Understand how your role makes a difference to our customers

You have
  • A willingness to make a difference to out customers lives

The practical bits

  • Lone working
  • Completing required training courses

  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
