Job Overview

University residences provide accommodation to approximately 5,500 students across the university. We are committed to providing a professional, customer focused service to a wide range of people. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, responsible for delivering an efficient and effective maintenance service on a student residences site.

Job Details

This role is based on Campus.

Post 1:

  • Full Time 35 hours per week, typically Monday
  • Post 2 Part Time, 25 hours per week, typically Monday
  • Shifts are worked between
    8.00am - 6.00pm on a rota basis Interviews will take place Friday, 16 January 2026 Post available from 19 January 2026 Starting Salary: £12.79 per hour (Grade 2) – £23,350 pro rata.
