ARC (Norwich) Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a handyperson for a busy residential site. You will carry out general works, small carpentry tasks, snagging and mastics, with proven hands-on experience.

Candidates must have right to work in the UK and own tools and a vehicle. This is a temporary ongoing role on a residential project on site in Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a handyperson.
• Experience with general maintenance, carpentry tasks, snagging and mastics.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and small carpentry tasks on site.
• Perform snagging and finish work including mastics.
• Contribute to keeping the residential site in good condition.

Job description

ARC are currently looking for a handyperson to join a busy residental site in Cambridge.

For this position, you must have the following:

• RTW in the UK
• Own tools and car/van

This temporary work for a Handyperson is for an ongoing duration, on a residental project.

The type of work for a handyperson will be general works, small carpentry works, snagging, mastics

You must have previous proven experience in handyperson works
