Handy Person Required - Theatre Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Handy Person to carry out general maintenance and minor repair work at a theatre in Birmingham.

Duties will include:

• Tightening and securing theatre seats and chairs.
• Changing door locks, handles and other fittings.
• Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Identifying and resolving basic maintenance issues.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a good standard.

Requirements:

• Must have your own tools.
• Must hold a valid CSCS card.
• Must have a valid, satisfactory DBS clearance.
• Previous handyman or maintenance experience is essential.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
