Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Handyperson to join our London team. The role involves carrying out general building maintenance tasks across both commercial and residential properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on maintenance experience and a broad skill set looking to work within a professional and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of general maintenance and handyperson duties across multiple sites
  • Repair and install blinds, carpet tiles, hatches, stair nosings, and other fixtures
  • Assemble and install furniture as required
  • Assist other trades on site and undertake cross‑training opportunities
  • Source and collect materials and equipment to complete worksRecord all completed tasks accurately through the company’s mobile app
  • Travel between sites as required in this mobile role
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience working within commercial or residential building maintenance
  • Good practical skills across a range of trades such as carpentry, basic plumbing, and decorating
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the building or maintenance industry
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications are desirable
  • Sound understanding of health and safety procedures (HSE)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and flexible to work overtime or out‑of‑hours when needed
  • Confident communicator with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience using handheld technology or mobile apps for reporting
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
  • Must be willing to complete a company‑funded security screening
