Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a General Operative to work in the B31 area. The role is based in a warehouse and workshop environment with hours 07:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, and pay starting at £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.20 after a successful trial period.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking and hands-on with a positive attitude.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is advantageous; full training available.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drill materials and components using hand tools.
• Assemble products and components to specified standards.
• Perform general manual and warehouse duties.
• Load, unload and relocate materials as required.
• Prepare materials and components for assembly.
• Follow instructions and adhere to processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Comply with health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.
• Undertake other general duties within the warehouse and workshop.
