Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Surrey to lead a small, hands-on team through a major relocation project at the end of 2027/early 2028, maintaining stability and performance.

This role requires practical, no-desk leadership in a largely manual environment; you will share workload, oversee stock, weight calculations, transport planning, and ensure safety, quality and compliance during the move.

Qualifications

• Experience with relocation projects or site moves.
• Background in agriculture, fresh produce, or food manufacturing.
• SAP experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational stability during relocation.
• Plan transfer, document processes, and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Develop SOPs and performance measures for the new site.
• Work hands-on with the team to load, transport, and issue stock.
