Responsibilities

• Provide confident technical leadership and guide engineers through complex problems.
• Stay hands-on with the codebase, contributing to implementation and debugging.
• Lead code reviews to maintain high quality, security, and performance.
• Lead architectural reviews and design discussions for scalable solutions.
• Own and evolve engineering standards and practices across teams.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, ensuring security and support.
• Mentor engineers with constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Address technical debt and promote CI/CD, testing, and quality gates.
