Job summary

Murmuration is hiring a hands-on Tech Lead in Manchester to guide the core platform for credit unions and their members. You will code, mentor, and act as a technical escalation, shaping product architecture and AI-assisted development across the team.

You will work with platform engineers to design robust CI/CD pipelines, ensure high quality deliveries, and collaborate with product and design to meet member needs. Hybrid working from Manchester is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building platforms with Node/TypeScript.
• Experience mentoring small engineering teams.
• Strong experience with database technologies and modern backend stacks.

Responsibilities
