Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Sheet Metal / CAD Engineer for an engineering and manufacturing client based in Andover, Hampshire.

The role combines sheet metal fabrication with CAD drawing work, including preparing designs for laser cutting and supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on sheet metal experience, welding, and familiarity with press brakes and guillotines.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in sheet metal work and fabrication.
• CAD skills and ability to work with engineering drawings.
• Experience with press brake machinery.
• Welding experience.
• Experience operating guillotine machines.
• Ability to prepare and send drawings for laser cutting.
• A practical, workshop-focused approach to manufacturing.
• CNC experience may be useful but not a substitute for sheet metal experience.
