Job summary

Pertemps Bond are recruiting Warehouse Operatives – Roll Cage Repair to join the team at the Royal Mail Midlands Super Hub. You will inspect, maintain and repair roll cages to ensure safety and readiness for use across the operation.

Key duties include loading/unloading containers, moving stock, basic repairs, and achieving daily repair targets while working in a fast-paced environment at the Midlands hub in Crick, Northamptonshire. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for demanding warehouse tasks.
• Basic maths understanding.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a busy operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload wheeled containers by hand.
• Move containers from loading bays to storage areas.
• Sort stock within the warehouse.
• Carry out minor repairs to roll cages (wheels, brakes, straps).
• Hit daily target of repaired units.
• Work independently to meet KPI targets.
