Job summary

Jane Street offers a Machine Learning Engineer internship designed to pair you with full-time mentors and collaborate on real-world ML projects the firm actually needs. Many classes and activities are shared with our Software Engineering interns, while others focus specifically on machine learning applications and techniques.

During the programme you'll work on projects mentored by full-time employees who designed them and gain access to our GPU cluster containing thousands of H100/H200/B200s.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate/PhD student with practical experience training an ML model, working on an ML library, or optimising an ML workflow.
• Top-notch programmer with a love for technology.
• Intellectually curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects mentored closely by full-time employees who designed them.
• Gain access to GPU cluster and understand differences between textbook ML and financial data.
