Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to cover sites across North Wales. This hands-on role involves supervising the maintenance of a fast-paced manufacturing environment and coordinating third-party contractors.

Basic pay is £18 per hour with overtime paid at £27 per hour, and there may be Saturday overtime, depending on workload. The role requires proven experience in scheduled maintenance, welding/fabrication, steam boiler familiarity, and a UK driving

Qualifications

• Experience managing scheduled maintenance systems.
• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with steam boilers and related systems (BOAS desirable).
• Strong health & safety awareness.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of a fast-paced manufacturing site.
• Manage and deliver the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party engineers and contractors.
• Support Health & Safety, Technical, and Site/Buildings functions.
• Manage maintenance procurement and supplies.
• Mentor and support a trainee/assistant.
