Job summary

Dutypoint is seeking a hands-on Production Assembler in Gloucester to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble high‑quality cold water pressure boosting systems, reading engineering drawings and ensuring build safety, accuracy and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude gained in manufacturing/assembly
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Experience cutting, crimping and terminating cables
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality
• Interest in technical products and engineering solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for cold water pressure boosting systems per drawings and specs
• Carry out electrical control wiring safely and to high standard
• Primarily assemble Scuba Tank product range and support other build projects
• Manufacture products to production schedules to meet customer orders
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail throughout assembly
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and report hazards or defects
• Keep production environment clean, safe and organized
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit production targets and business objectives
