Metalis Recruitment Group is hiring an Assembly Operative in Leicester (LE3). This workshop-based role involves helping build machinery, using hand and power tools to bolt, screw and fix parts, and supporting engineers.

You’ll work 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and optional overtime. No formal qualifications are required; a practical, hands-on attitude and reliability matter. Full training will be provided.
