Technimove Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the people experience across recruitment, onboarding, training and development, reward, employee relations and HR administration.

You will partner with the People & Talent Partner and SLT to deliver an engaging employee experience and ensure compliance with UK legislation, while proactively driving process improvements and supporting a fast-growing IT services environment.

Formación

• Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience using HiBob and Ashby.
• Experience within an SME and/or broad standalone HR role.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, practical and solutions‑focused approach.
• A genuine “doer” who takes ownership and enjoys getting involved.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Act as a key HR contact for employees and management.
• Assist with disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters.
• Maintain HR records, policies and compliance with UK legislation.
• Support training, development initiatives, compensation reviews and benefits.
• Collaborate with SLT on people projects and continuous improvement.
