Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a premium pub with boutique rooms in the Greater London area. You will be a visible, hands-on operator, driving guest experience, staff development and commercial performance.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, shape the culture, and deliver sustainable sales and profitability while maintaining high standards across all areas of the business. Live-in accommodation is included with the role.

Qualifications

• Established General Manager with strong pub experience.
• Hands-on leader with focus on guest experience and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall pub performance including sales and profitability.
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Maintain high standards for food, drink and service.
• Manage labour, stock, budgets and costs.
• Recruit, train and retain staff and build local community relationships.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and compliance.
