Mitie Group plc. is seeking a dependable Multiskilled Operative to join our facilities team at Campsfield IRC, Oxford. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing stores, and assisting with deliveries and portage, while maintaining a clean and safe site.

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour week, offering stability, practical work, and opportunities to grow within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hands-on approach to work.

• Strong organisational and manual handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deliveries and goods inwards with accurate receipt and handling.
• Assist with stores management, stock control and inventory tracking.
• Drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries.
• Carry out portage duties, including movement of equipment, supplies and furniture.
• Set up rooms for meetings, training sessions and operational needs.
• Provide general FM support across the site, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
