RecruitAbility Ltd is seeking an Electronics Technician (Hardware) in Bishop's Stortford to join a busy workshop. The role involves assembling, testing and maintaining electronic products, following drawings, with hands-on electrical exposure and training provided.

The candidate should have practical electronics experience, be comfortable with tools and testing equipment, and be keen to learn in a supportive team environment. Permanent, days, with salary around £28k-£29k and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical/electronics.
• Able to read technical drawings or instructions.
• Willing to learn and be trained on company products and systems.
• Must have driving licence or own transport due to location.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and maintain a range of electrical and electronic products from drawings and instructions.
• Test and assess products, identify basic faults and carry out repairs or adjustments.
• Use hand tools, testing equipment and soldering equipment daily.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate with other departments to highlight recurring issues.
• Work with the workshop and production team to ensure high-quality completion.
