Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering or motorsport engineering.
• Experience in automotive test engineering, vehicle development or R&D environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate technical reports.
• Hands-on, practical engineering approach and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of automotive homologation and type approval testing.
• Prepare and review test requirements and procedures.
• Prepare vehicles and test equipment for testing.
• Perform data quality checks and identify issues in results.
• Analyze test data to meet standards and specifications.
• Produce engineering test reports and documentation.
• Assist vehicle and component testing in an R&D facility.
• Conduct practical engineering and workshop activities as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to complete testing on schedule.
• Maintain health, safety, and workshop compliance.
