Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a fast-growing SME retail business located in SW London. The role is hands-on, working within a lean Finance team and offering exposure across the full month-end cycle.

You will collaborate with the Commercial Finance Manager and operational stakeholders to ensure accuracy, robust processes and timely monthly management accounts. AAT/ACCA/CIMA studies are welcomed, but practical ownership matters most.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Assistant Management Accountant role in SME retail.
• Solid month-end experience with journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Strong bank reconciliations experience and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the month-end process from start to finish.
• Prepare/post journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate items.
