ASOS Hair and Make-Up Team is seeking a talented professional to bring to life the ASOS aesthetic across shoots. You’ll work with models to create looks that align with fashion-forward styling and brand identity, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.

You’ll collaborate with the studio and production teams, staying on top of trends, textures, and skin tones, while keeping equipment clean and ready for each shoot day. A proactive team player with strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Previous professional makeup artistry skills are essential.
• Confidence with all skin tones & textures is essential.
• Experience with all hair texture types, including wigs, weaves and extensions, required.
• Previous fashion e-commerce experience is favourable.
• Be a dedicated team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• To work well under time pressures.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and remain proactive and professional.

Responsabilidades

• Produce a great standard of hair & makeup true to the ASOS aesthetic and appealing to the ASOS customer.
• Be prepared to work to deadlines, ensuring models are shoot ready on time.
• Build relationships with ASOS models to instill trust in your hair & makeup ability and in the wider production department.
• Deal with any model issues professionally and in line with ASOS behaviours policy.
• Work alongside the model booking team to maximise each model's potential and create the best ASOS shoot experience.
• Work with the wider shoot team to solve issues on set and help facilitate a smooth shoot process.
• Follow all creative and operational hair and makeup and wider studio processes.

Asan ASOShair &make upartist you will work together with your peers to bring to life the ever-evolving ASOS Creative.You’llbe responsible formaking sure every model looks and feels ASOS readythroughout their shoot day!The role requires an unflappable,drivenand hardworking individual with a passion for the brand/ Youhave the ability to successfully be a part of and help support a team with a creative,strategicand operational mindset. It is vital that you are passionateabouthairstyling, make up andfashion.

What you’ll be doing…

• Build relationships and rapport with ASOS models to instil trust in your hair & make-up ability and in the wider production department
• Deal with any model issues professionally and in line with ASOS behaviours policy
• Work alongside the model booking team to maximise eachmodelspotential and create the best ASOS shoot experience
• Work with the wider shoot team to solve any issues on set and helpfacilitatea smooth shoot process
• Work under the guidance of your seniorto produce, develop & execute the looks
• Take on feedback constructively,withan ability to critique your own work efficiently
• Attend hair and makeup courses setup by the businesstoup-skillyourself
• Be a responsible member of the studio teamfacilitatingsmooth communication to team members across different shoot locations
• Follow all creative and operational hair and make-up and wider studio processes
• Full understanding of the ASOS customer and target audience
• An awareness of the latest and upcoming trends, following each season’s catwalk shows, influencers, Tik Tok, our competitors and street styles
• Be prepared to carry out daily administrative tasks
• Contribute to problem solving through meetings and 1:1’s with yourlead
• Maintaining/ cleaning equipment and productsdailyto ensure a professional & sanitary working environment
• Contributing to team and departmental meetings
• Be recognised as an aspirational figure within your team and the wider department
