Rush Hair Ltd in London is seeking a driven Hair Salon Manager to lead our busy Hammersmith salon. You will oversee team performance, client experience and daily operations, supported by a well-established brand.

As a Hair Salon Manager, you will drive sales, KPIs and targets, while delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive, high-energy salon culture.

• Proven experience working within a hair salon environment.
• Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up.
• Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
