Job summary

Education Matters Group is seeking an experienced Hair & Beauty Lecturer to support learners on a Level 3 Beauty course in London. You will deliver engaging lessons, assess work and guide students toward professional standards, while fostering confidence and industry readiness.

The role is part-time, 3 days a week, with a base salary of £27–£31.76 per hour and the chance to shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a supportive college environment.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Beauty.
• Experience teaching or training in Beauty, ideally at Level 3.
• A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners.
