Job summary

West Herts College in Watford is seeking a part-time Learning Assistant in Hair & Beauty (Term Time Only) to support practical salons, reception, stock and equipment. The role requires Level 2 in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy; Level 3 would be advantageous.

Based at our Luton campus, you will work 27 hours per week, 35 weeks per year. You will join the curriculum team, assist staff and students, demonstrate safe equipment use, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold Level 2 in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy.
• Level 3 certification would be advantageous.
• Experience with salon reception and stock control is desirable.
