Job summary

London College of Beauty Therapy (part of Education for Industry Group) is seeking a Programme Manager: Hair and Beauty to lead the day-to-day delivery of our FE Hair and Beauty curricula, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, high student outcomes, and compliance with quality standards.

The role focuses on operational excellence, curriculum management, learner experience, and achieving departmental KPIs, with a teaching load appropriate to the area.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and/or educational management experience and relevant degree or postgraduate qualification.
• Extensive experience in teaching and curriculum leadership within FE, HE, or Apprenticeship provision, combined with educational management expertise, a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
• Strong understanding of quality frameworks and performance improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Hair and Beauty curriculum programmes within FE at LCBT.
• Ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment, strong student outcomes, and QA compliance.
• Carry a teaching load appropriate to the area and collaborate with staff, support services, and industry partners.
