Job summary

Your World is seeking a Haematology & Blood Transfusion Biomedical Scientist to join a locum assignment in St Albans. The role offers £23.00 - £26.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. You will work in a Haematology/Blood Transfusion laboratory with HCPC registration and Morphology experience preferred.

Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available. This position runs from 27/10/2026 to 04/12/2026 with support from a national market-leading consultant team

This Biomedical Science position is suitable for a qualified Haematology & Blood Transfusion Biomedical Scientist to apply on a locum basis to start as a locum with a pay of £23.00 - £26.00 P/H.

Beneficial criteria to help be successful in this BMS role include the following:

• Experience working within a Haematology / Blood Transfusion laboratory
• Morphology Experience required
• HCPC Registration
• This role requires prior experience in a UK-based laboratory relevant to the post
• Biomedical Science Background
• Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
