A leading tourism company in the UK is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the provisioning of food and beverage for their trains. The candidate will manage the food safety system and assist in menu design, ensuring budget compliance and quality standards. Strong skills in communication, management, and a background in food safety are essential. The annual salary offered is $76,515.

Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and General Manager Food and Beverage, this role will be responsible for maintaining and managing the day to day provisioning of all food and beverage requirements, to service Journey Beyond trains within budgeted guidelines. This role will assist in the design and maintenance of menus across the business, coordination of the Journey Beyond food safety system, ensuring the effectiveness and continually improving the quality.This role will attract an annual salary of $76,515.
Education: Graduate preferred, however, qualifications in Food Science will be highly regarded
Experience: Intimate working knowledge of accredited food safety systems is essential
