Are you an H&S Manager with hands‑on experience working on solar farm installations?

We're recruiting an H&S Manager to support the delivery of a large ground‑mounted solar project in Teesside, working closely with the site and project teams to drive safe, compliant construction.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading health & safety across a live solar construction site
• Supporting site teams with RAMS, permits, audits and inspections
• Driving safe working practices across civils, mechanical and electrical works
• Acting as the on‑site H&S point of contact for the project

What Youll Need

• Proven H&S experience on utility‑scale solar projects
• Strong construction H&S background
• NEBOSH / IOSH preferred
• Comfortable working site‑based
