Gymnastics Manager / Gymnastic Lead Coach

Pay : £20£25+ per hour (depending on experience)

Hours : 20+ hours per week (more available for the right candidate)

Schedule : Evenings & weekends required

We are a young, ambitious gymnastics club with significant growth potential and a clear long-term vision. We are looking for a Gymnastics Manager to support the Head Coach and help develop a high-quality recreational and competitive gymnasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage gymnastics sessions across :
  • Recreational classes
  • Competitive squads
  • Support and mentor coaching staff
  • Assist with development planning, structure, and progression pathways
  • Help develop and oversee the preschool classes (On a bonus)
  • Contribute to the growth and long-term development of the club
Requirements
  • British Gymnastics Level 2 qualification (essential)
  • Level 3 preferred, or willingness to work towards
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Commitment to gymnast development and coaching standards
