Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a proactive Gym Supervisor to oversee all gym activities and ensure a first-class member experience across seven days a week.

You will lead our Personal Training team, work as part of the gym floor team, and have the option to deliver Personal Training and a range of classes to members. The role requires strong communication, a passion for health and fitness, and previous fitness-industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• Passionate about health and fitness with the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space to ensure a fabulous member experience.
• Manage and lead the Personal Training Team and work as part of the gym team.
• There is also the option to deliver Personal Training and run our classes.
