Reporting into a Cluster Manager, you will manage a team within your club, collaborate with other Gym Managers, and contribute to a high-performance, supportive workplace where

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Comfortable with managing budgets, financial reporting and inventory.
• L2 qualification in gym instructing, and experience teaching group exercise.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance of your gym by setting action plans for improvement and ensuring a safe environment.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Establish a highly engaged team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Gym Manager; coach and develop your team.
• Recruit Personal Trainers and fitness coaches and recruit new talent.
• Deliver an excellent member experience through service and standards.
• Group Exercise: manage and improve GEX offering within the gym.
