Job summary

PureGym Ltd. in Newbury is hiring a part-time Gym Instructor for 20 hours a week on a 3 month fixed term contract. You will lead classes, deliver inductions, and help maintain the gym floor to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You must be working towards Level 3 Personal Training qualification; funded First Aid and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
• Pursuing Level 3 Personal Training qualification with support provided.
• Able to work 20 hours per week on a 3 month FTC.
• Focus on safe, high-quality member experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group and 1:1 classes and inductions.
• Maintain gym floor and equipment to a clean, safe standard.
• Support member engagement and safety protocols.

We have an opportunity for a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor to join us for 20 hours a week on a 3 month fixed term contract.

In your role, you will play a key part in the safe enjoyment of our gyms, delivering an amazing member experience, teaching classes, inductions, and taking care of the upkeep of the gym floor.

You must be studying towards your Level 3 qualification in Personal Training. There is support available to help you transition to a permanent position as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach at the end of your contract.
