Job summary

PureGym Group is hiring a part-time Gym Instructor on a fixed-term contract. You will help ensure the safe enjoyment of our gyms, teach classes, run inductions, and look after the gym floor.

You are studying towards Level 3 Personal Training, with support to move into a permanent Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach role after the contract. The role offers a pathway to progression and development through funded qualifications and training opportunities with benefits including leave and a pension

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 Gym Instructor qualified.
• Currently studying towards Level 3 Personal Training.
• There is support to transition to a permanent Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach after the contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and enjoyable gym experiences for members.
• Teach group classes and lead inductions.
• Maintain gym floor and equipment.
• Support member journey and upskill as part of progression plans.

We have an opportunity for a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor to join us on a fixed term contract.

In your role, you will play a key part in the safe enjoyment of our gyms, delivering an amazing member experience, teaching classes, inductions, and taking care of the upkeep of the gym floor.

You must be studying towards your Level 3 qualification in Personal Training. There is support available to help you transition to a permanent position as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach at the end of your contract.
