Help children discover what they can play, build confidence and enjoy making progress. You will help pupils develop their guitar skills through engaging, purposeful lessons suited to their level. If you teach other instruments, include those in your application too.

THE ROLE

Teaching locations are based on the schools requiring lessons in the LE3 1FF area. Exact assignments and the start date will be agreed before teaching begins. Weekly hours depend on local requirements.

PAY AND CONTRACT

• Confident ability to teach guitar and explain skills clearly.
• A car and a driving licence, with reliable travel to assigned schools.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality and good organisation.
• A patient, encouraging and inclusive approach to teaching children.
