A prominent energy job platform is seeking a Technical Engineering Lead to direct the strategy for Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital. Lead technical strategy and Agile delivery for Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital. Lead technical engineering initiatives within Guidewire Centre of Excellence and drive excellence across Digital and PolicyCenter platforms, with a strong focus on React and front-end digital services.

As a hands-on, forward-thinking Technical Engineering Lead within the Guidewire Centre of Excellence, you\'ll drive excellence across Digital and PolicyCenter platforms. You\'ll shape best practices, mentor growing talent, and play a critical part in the evolving Guidewire ecosystem, with a strong focus on React and front-end digital services.
Responsibilities include taking a senior leadership role across digital-facing Guidewire platforms (including CustomerEngage and PolicyCenter) and ensuring alignment with delivery needs and long-term goals.
