Role: Business Analyst (Guidewire Claims)

Location: London, UK

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Description
  • Creation of videos and hands‑on demo for non‑bureau and bureau training documentation for train the trainers
  • Support the rollout of training to all other users
  • Expert in GWCC and IPLM to be able to answer queries from SMEs but also have taught people in the past.
  • Preferably based in London to allow for in person sessions.
  • Review and analyze Guidewire systems, software, and workflows to implement improvements or new features.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to determine business requirements and address potential roadblocks in system changes.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to bring about efficient and effective software changes while minimizing disruptions to existing operations.
  • Generate detailed reports and presentations for various business stakeholders, outlining procedural changes, system upgrades, and their anticipated impacts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as project plans, release schedules, business cases, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Conduct and aid in Guidewire system training for all relevant stakeholders, including end‑users.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in implementing Guidewire applications (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter)
  • Expertise in Guidewire application software adaptation and configuration
  • Knowledge of business process redesign methodologies, business systems, and analysis tools
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into a technology solution
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex data in a straightforward manner to non‑technical personnel
  • Critical‑thinking skills with an aptitude for problem‑solving and the ability to work under tight deadlines
